Plank Construction Services was hired by Bombers Burrito Bar, Inc. to renovate a 100 plus year old, three-story, rundown building into a new retro-style restaurant. The renovations consisted of constructing a unique bar and side-down restaurant with a new full-service kitchen and prep area. Part of the project included all new cooking equipment, coolers and freezers. The project took three years to complete.
