DeAngelis Enterprise, Inc. contacted Plank Construction Services to reconstruct their previously collapsed office/warehouse building. The reconstruction included the demolition of the collapsed structure and damaged concrete floor. The replacement and reconfiguration of the structure included the re-use of a modified version of the existing foundation system, the installation of a new structural concrete floor and the erection of a new 28,600 SF pre-engineered metal building. Interiors were also completed by Plank under a separate contract. The entire project was completed in four months.
