With a fast growing company and need for expansion, Utech Products, Inc. contracted Plank Construction Services to renovate and expand its existing 24,000 SF, two-story office/retail complex into a new corporate facility.

Plank’s design-build team renovated the exterior of the historic building, reusing its original exterior wood and masonry. Interiors were changed to create a new, second floor grand entry and office space was renovated into an open-concept floor plan with skylights for natural light and a high-tech international conference calling center. The project took four months to complete.
